Playtech BGT Sports has announced the launch of its ‘Level-Up’ gamification program, seeking to enhance its partner customer engagements, loyalty and retention dynamics through real-time rewards.
Updating the market, Playtech BGT details that it has delivered the best-in-class gamification program for its clients, who moving forward will be able to enhance their market offerings with ‘Level-Up engagements’ including – time-sensitive incentives, betting missions, trophies and engagement triggered prizes.
The Level-Up programme has been co-developed in partnership with Tel Aviv gamification studio Captain-Up, as Playtech BGT states that it will deliver new customer engagement dynamics to standardise sports betting customer loyalty programmes.
