Comms Pro Åsa Hillsten joins Catena as Head of Investor Relations

Stockholm-listed industry affiliate marketing network Catena Media has confirmed the appointment of Åsa Hillsten as its new Head of Investor Relations & Communications.

A seasoned corporate communications specialist, Hillsten joins Catena’s senior executive team having most recently served as Chief Communications Officer for Swedish ‘digital bank’ Collector (2016-2017).

Catena governance informs that Hillsten will officially join the company on January 2018, succeeding current Head of IR and Communications, Anne Rhenman.

The executive appointment will see Hillsten serve as the main point of contact for Catena investors. This August the fast growth affiliate marketing firm, completed its full migration from Nordic North Premier market to the larger Stockholm Nasdaq, in a move to expand its investor pool.

Updating the market, Robert Andersson, CEO of Catena Media commented on the executive appointment: ”We are happy to welcome Åsa Hillsten to the organization. Åsa has precisely the background we have been looking for, and will play an important role in the company’s PR and IR communications, following our recent move to Mid Cap, Nasdaq Stockholm”
