Issuing a market update, European online betting firm Interwetten Sports has announced that it has launched a Swedish language version of flagship portal Interwetten.com

One of the oldest online sportsbooks, Interwetten makes its new market play as the Swedish government redrafts its national gambling policy, with a view to regulating its online market for international operators.

Having researched the market, Interwetten governance has detailed that it views Sweden as a distinguished and lucrative destination for its betting services.

Werner Becher, Speaker of the Board of Interwetten commented on the market entry:

“The start of our commercialization in Sweden is an important impulse for the future growth of Interwetten and is clearly raising our outreach. We are delighted in offering our products to the Swedish market and meeting the desire of the Swedes for premium entertainment.
