GVC Holdings appoints Jane Anscombe as Independent Director & Chair of Remuneration Committee

FTSE listed online gambling group GVC Holdings has confirmed the appointment of Jane Anscombe as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

An investment and communications specialist Anscombe has over thirty-years’ experience in finance for the gaming, leisure and entertainment sectors.  She has held senior executive positions at Rank Group, Carlton Communications and Edison Investment Research.

Further to joining GVC as an independent Director, Anscombe has been appointed the new chair of the Remuneration Committee and be a key stakeholder on the firm’s Nominations Committee.
