11.LV Latvia launches affiliate program on NetRefer

Latvian operator SIA Viensviens LV has announced that online gambling property 11.LV will be launching its affiliate marketing platform utilising NetRefer software.  

SIA Viensviens is the second largest gambling market operator, and is fully licensed by the Latvian Gaming Supervision Inspection authority.

Launching subsidiary 11.LV (www.11.LV), the company seeks to build the leading online gambling brand for Latvia.

Utilising NetRefer software 11.LV will launch localised marketing campaigns, targeting Latvia’s growing number of online betting consumers.
