Online casino review portal LatestCasinoBonuses.com (LCB) has confirmed that it has expanded its website portfolio by acquiring WorldCasinoDirectory.com (WCD), one of the oldest industry affiliates for $1.7 million (£1.25 million).

Confirming the deal, Joshua Chan CEO & Founder of LCB detailed that his firm would takeover management of WCD main domain and its related assets.

Founded in 2002, WCD is one of the most trusted player casino review portals, detailing news, information, resource and insight on online and land-based casinos. The popular website has garnered a strong international following and active community player base.

Updating industry media, Chan stated that WCD’s portal was the right fit for LCB’s operations, which relies heavily on player trust and accurate reviewing of online casinos. Chan detailed that his firm’s acquisition could be seen as a ‘Passing of the Batton’

My team at LCB has big plans for the site and are very excited to build on what the World Casinos Directory team have already done.”

“Most important is to keep the quality, reputation and complete mission intact. Working with the existing concept, the strategy is to embellish the site with the expertise WCD is so well known for.” Chan commented on the acquisition.
