Seeking to boost its client retention capabilities, FTSE-listed gambling technology and platform provider Playtech has entered a strategic partnership with real-time user engagement specialists Captain Up.
The partnership will see Playtech incorporate Captain UP real-time engagement and retention tools which will reward in-play customers playing on the Playtech client network.
Captain Up engagement tools, combine social communications, gamification mechanisms and active rewards to incentivize players, with the company claiming that its services help develop partner retention beyond a ‘static interaction’.
Captain Up development teams have prior industry experience having worked on retention based project and games for UK operator Ladbrokes and 888 Bingo.

Implementing Captain Up engagement tools, Playtech teams will look to drive initial partner benefits for user real-time interactions and enhanced player loyalty.
