It has been revealed that the INTRALOT Group has received the platinum award for innovation and excellence in ethics by the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN) for its Responsible Gaming Designer Tool (iRGD).
The platinum distinction rewards innovative practices towards social responsibility and was presented to INTRALOT during an official ceremony in the presence of dignitaries, academics and representatives of the business community.
INTRALOT Group CEO Mr. Antonios Kerastaris offered the opening remarks emphasizing the company’s commitment towards business ethics.
INTRALOT’s Responsible Gaming Designer Tool (iRGD) is a leading Responsible Gaming initiative that evaluates characteristics per game and provides independent, unbiased, fact-based reports and recommendations for improvement. It is the result of extensive, well-documented research carried out by the Athens Information Technology Center (AIT) research teams.
Chrysostomos Sfatos, INTRALOT Group Director of Corporate Affairs, stated: “Responsible Gaming plays a key role in our operational and product development strategy based on which INTRALOT has been certified with the WLA Responsible Gaming Framework Certificate.”
He added: “We are very honored with the distinction by EBEN for iRGD that highlights INTRALOT’s firm commitment to integrity, responsibility, and application of ethical business practices in all its activities.”

During the ceremony, EBEN also launched the Ambassadors EBEN Club and granted honorable distinctions to its founding members, with Chryssa Amanatidou, Head of Public Relations and CSR of INTRALOT, among them.
EBEN Ambassadors will be responsible for promoting the business ethics principles and the initiatives that enhance responsible and sustainable growth in both Greece and Europe.
