SportsPro Live announces the next raft of Wembley speakers

The organisers of SportsPro Live are thrilled to announce the next raft of speakers confirmed to appear at the event at Wembley in London on 22nd and 23rd March.

International Equestrian Federation (FEI) secretary general Sabrina Ibáñez, European Tour chief executive Keith Pelley and Eleven Sports Network founder Andrea Radrizzani are all confirmed to speak at SportsPro’s flagship annual conference, which will this year focus on evolution and revolution across the global sports industry:

Sabrina Ibáñez, Secretary General, FEI

Ibáñez was appointed as secretary general of the FEI in January last year. An equestrian sports stalwart, she has held numerous positions within the international federation since she joined in 1991.

Keith Pelley, CEO, European Tour

Canadian Pelley became the fourth chief executive in the European Tour’s history in August last year. Previously president of Rogers Media in Toronto, he has brought a fresh wave of modern media thinking to the growing golf tour.

Andrea Radrizzani, President, Eleven Sports Network

Co-founder of international rights agency MP & Silva, Radrizzani struck out on his own last year to launch international broadcaster Eleven Sports Network, which, though less than a year old, has already launched platforms in Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Singapore and Taiwan.

Chris Guinness, Senior Vice President, Head of IMG Media, Asia Pacific, IMG

Chris Guinness is head of Asia Pacific for IMG Media. He first joined the agency in 1989 before moving to Hong Kong in 1996, and now oversees all content sales and acquisitions to media platforms across the region for IMG.

Spike Laurie, UK Managing Director, International Business Development Director, ESL Gaming

Spike Laurie has been an International Director and UK Co-Managing Director of ESL, the world’s largest eSports company, since September 2015. His focus to date has been on growing the UK business and on launching ESL’s new expansion into Latin America. Before joining ESL, Laurie was responsible for retention and engagement across Warner Bros.

Johannes Franken, Deputy Head of Digital Operations, HBS

Johannes Franken is deputy head of digital operations at Host Broadcast Services (HBS). In this role, he is responsible for the development and management of the multimedia services offered by HBS to its partners and clients. On behalf of FIFA, he designed and implemented the multimedia offers provided by HBS for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ and is currently handling the evolution of the project for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™.

Shergul Arshad, CEO and Founder, Mondogoal

Shergul Arshad is the founder and chief executive of the world’s leading fantasy soccer site Mondogoal. Arshad worked with the likes of eBay, Amazon and StyleFeeder before launching Mondogoal, and has since gone on to forge partnerships with the likes of FC Barcelona, Chelsea FC, Tottenham Hotspur FC, AS Roma, Valencia FC and West Ham United FC.
