New Jersey DGE approves NetEnt services

newjerseyiGaming content provider NetEnt announces today that it has received a transactional waiver for Borgata and bwin.party brands. The granting of a transactional waiver from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, allows the content provider to launch its digital gaming products via Borgata and bwin.party brands.

Having applied to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, DGE for a Casino Service Industry Enterprise Licence earlier this year, the transactional waiver grants NetEnt Americas LLC to go live with its game content while its license application is still under review.  Prior to going live, NetEnt will initiate an installation process of its servers and trial of its services. Official launch date will be announced separately at a later stage.

The transactional waiver is granted individually for each signed agreement. NetEnt has previously announced additional customer agreements with operators Golden Nugget and Caesars Interactive Entertainment. The Company awaits the process of transactional waivers to start the go live process also for these operators.

Björn Krantz, Managing Director of NetEnt Americas LLC, said:

“The approval of the transactional waiver for Borgata and bwin.party in New Jersey marks yet another milestone in our efforts to successfully go to market and build a long-term presence in North America. We are working in close collaboration with our partners and the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to secure that necessary administration is taken to successfully go live as soon as possible.”
