bet365 enhances esports offering with SIS Competitive Gaming

Sports Information Services (SIS) has secured a further esports client after confirming that bet365 has agreed to integrate its ‘Competitive Gaming’ services package.

Under the agreement, SIS will deliver its end-to-end esports solution for bet365, which will include services live-streamed pictures, commentary, on-screen graphics with betting triggers.

bet365 will be further complemented by further game data, as well as a range of optimised betting markets and prices.

Paul Witten, Product Director at SIS, said: “SIS competitive gaming is designed specifically to appeal to existing sports bettors in a format that is familiar, and with fast paced action that allows multiple betting opportunities. Quality and integrity that has been built into the product from inception.”

It comes at a time when a number of sportsbooks are looking to boost their esports offering due to limited markets for live sports during the pandemic. The live head-to-head competitions are part of the SIS Blitz League, and will include NBA2K20 games in 5-minute quarters for bettors to watch and bet on.

Gamers will play remotely to ensure that strict levels of health and safety are maintained, while games will also be monitored by a referee trained by the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC).
