AGCOM fines Google for failing on its ‘Decree duties’

AGCOM, Italy’s federal communications and media agency, has fined ‘Google Ireland Limited’ €100,000 for violating the advertising conditions and responsibilities of Italy’s ‘Dignity Decree’.
