Cherry Gaming’s industry performance marketing subsidiary Game Lounge has confirmed the launch of its first Japanese affiliate website; JapaneseCasino.com (www.japanesecasino.com)
Launched last week, the website aims to produce the best content and information for Japanese online gambling consumers. Game Lounge management stated that it had spent numerous months researching the market in order to adapt its product to localised needs for Japanese digital customers.
Commenting on the launch of JapaneseCasino.com, Jonas Cederholm CEO of the Game Lounge division stated
“It is vital to give close consideration to the Japanese market’s local needs as it is very different from all of the European markets. This project is therefore handled by highly qualified Japanese marketers, designers and content writers, all of whom are very experienced in the online casino industry. We are proud to say that Game Lounge is the first European affiliate company to professionally enter the Japanese market. We have high expectations that we will be able to grow quickly in this market “.
As a Cherry Gaming division, Game Lounge has been tasked with expanding the firm’s marketing and player acquisition services internationally. In August 2015 Game Lounge completed the acquisition of UK and German affiliate network InterClick for a reported sum of €1.5 million.
