SBC Asia celebrates first ever Macau networking event

partySplash at the Four Seasons was the venue for the first ever SBC Asia and Asia Gaming Brief networking event in Macau, where close to 200 industry executives gathered for drinks and discussions as part of the 2014 Macau Gaming Show.

The SBC Asia and AGB Networking Drinks parties have by now become must-attend events for senior industry executives and decision makers based in Manila and all across Asia. Previous instalments were all held at high end venues in Makati, but the organizing team broke with this tradition and ventured onto new ground by bringing this well established industry event to Macau for the very first time.

Dubbed the official networking party of the 2014 Macau Gaming show, around 200 attendees enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and unrivalled service of the Four Seasons Macau while discussing a myriad of topics and making new connections. Co-organiser Frank Schuengel of Sportsbetting Community Asia commented:

“Just as the Manila networking events themselves broke new ground by bringing together the industry in Asia in this way for the very first time, Sportsbetting Community Asia and Asia Gaming Brief have managed to lead the way in networking again by mixing the world of bricks and mortar casinos with the one of online operators. We are proud to have been able to bring together so many senior industry people in this way and hope that many new connections and contacts will spring from it for all attendees. Most of all, we hope everyone had a fun time and enjoyed the relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere our events are famous for.”

The next event is already being planned and will likely take place in early 2015 in Makati again, where it is hoped that many old and new faces from Manila, Macau and further afield will join SBC Asia and AGB again for another instalment of the best networking event the industry has to offer
