mybet goes full service for Ghana

Updating the market, Frankfurt Xetra-listed European sports betting operator mybet Holdings SE has announced that it will expand its services for the Ghanaian market, allowing Ghana betting consumers to bet at mybet.com

To date, mybet has operated retail betting services in Ghana through a B2B partnership with a local business partner.

Its successful African market venture has seen mybet increase its Ghana retail betting points portfolio to +120.   Following a review of its Ghana assets, mybet governance believes that it is time to extend its Ghanaian betting services with digital provisions.

“Due to a rapid growth, the mybet brand used by our partner has become one of the market leaders in sports betting in the country” comments Markus Peuler, CEO of mybet Holdings SE.

“Now we want to expand on this success together with our partner. From our perspective, there is currently no online sports betting offering in Ghana that is able to compete with the quality and safety of mybet. Therefore, we are convinced that the mybet brand can reach market leadership in Ghana in the mid-term,”

For 2018, Peuler and mybet leadership have detailed increasing the firm’s B2B initiatives in new markets, stating that the company has achieved positive results in Austria and Ghana.
