Better Collective enhances Swedish status with latest media acquisition

Better Collective has strengthened its position in the Swedish market via an acquisition of online sports betting media platform

Agreed at a paying price of €3.8 million and paid in cash, the transaction has enabled Bettor Collective to consolidate the acquired asset into its group accounts, and was completed as an asset purchase from Win & Fun Media Ltd. – founded in 2008 and generating €1.2 million revenue and €0.9 in EBITDA in 2020 – will be managed by Better Collective’s Sewdish Division.

Better Collective’s acquisition represents a further expansion of its Swedish operations and investment activities. In addition to Sweden, the firm has developed a strong market presence throughout the Nordic region, notably increasing its share in Denmark-based software company Mindway AI to 90% in January 2021.

Outside of Scandinavia, Better Collective maintains a foothold in numerous other countries, such as Poland and Ireland, where its market status was enhanced via takeovers of the and platforms, in two separate transactions.
