Rightlander powers up Trustly and Footstock marketing compliance

Rightlander, a supplier of industry marketing compliance tools, has secured new software agreements with Trustly instant payments and the Footstock football trading platform.

Beginning this autumn, Rightlander will provide its full suite of compliance tools to help Trustly and Footstock optimise their affiliate marketing platforms to fulfil responsible advertising duties across the UK and further jurisdictions.

In addition, Rightlander software will secure the incumbents’ marketing campaigns through the use of its Automated Compliance Monitor, PPC Monitor and a Proactive Affiliate Finder.

Vasilije Lekovic, Director of Gaming at Trustly, said: “At Trustly, we take responsible gambling very seriously, and it’s great to have a trusted partner like Rightlander that can help us promote it.”

Rightlander’s ‘Automated Compliance Monitor’ helps detect non-compliant content across geographies including the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Australia, and the United States.

Meanwhile, Trustly and Footstock will be able to better monitor campaign faults and violations such as missing terms and conditions, outdated offers, incorrect marketing assets allowing them both to remain compliant in different jurisdictions.

James Copeland, Chief Marketing Officer at Footstock, commented: “Rightlander are a key component in our ongoing endeavour to ensure Footstock and our growing affiliate network take responsible gambling as seriously as possible. We’ve already benefited from their great software and customer service.”

Nicole Mitton, Head of Customer Success at Rightlander.com, said: “The Rightlander platform makes this process easy and efficient, and ensures operators and suppliers can be confident that the affiliates they are working with are fully compliant with the rules and regulations they must adhere to.”
