Optimal Payments confirms Keith Butcher departure as CFO

Optimal Payments has confirmed that Keith Butcher will leave the company as Chief Financial Officer. The Payment Processor and igaming transaction specialist confirmed the appointment of Brian McArthur-Muscroft as his replacement

McArthur Muscroft joins Optimal Payments having served as Financial Director for Telecity Group.  McArthur Muscroft has over 20 years’ experience in financial technology strategy  having held senior managerial positions at Viatel, Eckoh Technology and Cable & Wireless.

Keith Butcher leaves the Optimal Payments executive management, having joined the company in May 2010.

Joel Leonoff, Optimal Payments President said: “On behalf of the board of directors and the entire company, I want to thank Keith for his dedication and contribution over the past four and a half years as CFO of Optimal Payments.

“Since joining the company in May 2010, Keith has been a key member of the board and executive management team that has overseen a substantial turnaround in the business, which started with the acquisition of Optimal Payments Inc. in February 2011.

“I wish Keith continued success in his future endeavours and I am also grateful to him for agreeing to oversee the seamless transition to Brian’s tenure as the company’s CFO.

“Brian brings a wealth of experience, from his management roles as well as his broader industry knowledge, and I am sure he will make a significant contribution to the future success of the company.”
