Sport media, data and insights provider Perform Group confirmed that Ashley Milton will take up the position of Chief Financial Officer on August 18. Milton joins Perform Group, from multinational advertising and media group WPP, where he served as Chief Financial Officer for EMEA.
Industry news source iGaming Business confirms that Milton had been approached by Perform Group senior management in May. Ashley Milton will replace David Surtees who stepped down as CFO of the company in February of this year.
Perform Group will look for new financial insight and direction from Ashley Milton. The Company began 2014 by slashing growth forecasts and witnessing a downturn on its advertising revenues in several markets.
iGaming Business reports that Milton will work closely with commercial and marketing teams as Perform looks to recover its position in sports media advertising.
