The US daily fantasy sports market continues to witness a period of corporate acquisitions with the conformation that entertainment and leisure group Latitude360 has agreed to acquire operator Major League Fantasy (MLF) for an undisclosed sum.
Detailing insight into its fantasy sports acquisition, Latitude360 noted that it would use the MLF acquisition to further its digital inventory and to create a connection between its retail venues and the US fantasy sports market.
Latitude360 venues will look to offer the first ever chain of live in-venue fantasy sports hubs for US sports consumers. The in-venue fantasy sports hubs will offer sports fans the option to play for fun or real money. Latitude360 further stated that it would cater for top fantasy sports enthusiasts through its VIP service.

The acquisition of MLF will see MLF Founder Jesse Merl appointed as President of Latitude360 new division. Merl stated that he was confident in the long term success of the project with Latitude360
