Ladbrokes continues to re-structure its senior management with the promotion of Head of Mobile Dipen Nagda to Head of Digital Products. Dipen who takes over digital product strategy will report to new Digital Director Andrew Bagguley.
A mobile focused professional, Nagda re-joined Ladbrokes in 2012 as Mobile Sportsbook Product Owner, were he undertook an overhaul of the operators mobile strategy, reversing the verticals performance to becoming a principal revenue driver for the operator.
Since its re-launch on the Mobenga platform Ladbrokes has seen as much as 60% of its’ digital gross win coming through mobile channels
Prior to re-joining Ladbrokes Nagda held various commercial and product roles for Mobile telecoms operations T-Mobile (2005 – 2009) and Vodafone (2009-2012).
Nagda will now be charged with leading Ladbrokes multi-product digital strategy and performance across all channels and user verticals.
The operator continues to re-shape its senior management under new CEO Jim Mullen, with a deep focus on digital performance and product optimisation. Mullen has so far announced a number of changes, as the CEO aims to bring a new dynamic to Ladbrokes management.
Earlier this month the operator announced the senior departures of long-serving Executive Chairman Peter Erskine, and the further departure of Communications Director John Petit.
