OLBG.com extends Cheltenham Mares’ Hurdle Race sponsorship

olbghorseOnline sports betting affiliate OLBG.com has announced that it will extend its sponsorship of the Mares’ Hurdle Race at Cheltenham Festival. The extension of the deal will see OLBG.com sponsor the hurdles race for a further five years (sponsorship ends 2020).

Cheltenham Festival organisers, announced that the Mares’ Hurdle had been upgraded to a Grade One race, this will mean that future prize money will be  increased to £100,000 (€126,529/$179,432)

OLBG.com further announced that it would sponsor qualifiers for the Mares’ Hurdle on the Road to Cheltenham program.

Dean Goddard, PR representative for OLBG.com, said: “OLBG has worked hard over recent years to help improve the opportunities for mares in jump racing through the formation and development of the OLBG Mares Road to Cheltenham.

“By committing to our series for at least another five years we hope this enables mares’ jump racing to progress even further.”
