bwin.party have announced a set of major upgrades to its app services for sports betting brand Bwin. The Bwin Sports betting app will now feature a selection of popular casino games as the operator looks to optimise it mobile product offering for the Bwin brand.
In Q1 2014, bwin.party management had announced that the operator would look to refine it mobile gambling and sports betting strategy, as it looked to make up for lost ground to other competitors utilising the channel.
bwin.party’s latest push was released on Monday through IOS. Casino games added to the sports betting app include roulette, blackjack and live dealer roulette. The operator will likely push further casino inventory in the coming months.
Additional features include new navigation features and easier access to popular or selected markets for customers using the mobile app.
Mobile contributed around 12% of all revenues in 2013 which, while representative of a 77% increase year-on-year, lagged significantly behind the firm’s rivals.
