 KEY PERSONNEL

Gary Walrath -Chief Executive Officer

Gary Walrath joined STATS in 2003. Mr. Walrath serves as Chief Executive Officer of the company and is responsible for extending STATS’ partnerships and spearheading growth in key business segments, including television, print, wireless applications, interactive media platforms and fantasy sports. He also will direct the exploration of new initiatives in relevant international markets.

Most recently, he was Executive Vice President of Operations for the STAR Group, a Hong Kong-based wholly owned subsidiary of News Corporation, with extensive television and media interests extending from the Middle East through India, China, Taiwan and Southeast Asia. At various times, he was responsible for digital broadcast operations, satellite uplink, internet initiatives, IT, finance, human resources, customer service, facilities and administration.

Robert L. Schur –  Chief Operating Officer

Robert Schur joined STATS in 2000 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of the company.

STATS is the world’s leading sports technology, data and content company and a flagship portfolio member of Vista Equity Partners. Under Schur’s direction, STATS has consistently increased a range of efficiencies throughout the company as well as year-over-year profitability.

Schur has lead STATS’ strategic growth in operations across Europe, Asia and South America through mergers and acquisitions and organic expansion. During his tenure, STATS has increased its coverage fourfold from 20,000 to 88,000 sporting events annually. He is also responsible for contract deliverables and client relationships for key partners including Microsoft, Google, Yahoo! and FOX Sports.

Schur holds a BA from Indiana University, an MBA from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from the IIT-Kent College of Law. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Gregory S. Kirkorsky – Executive Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing

Gregory S. Kirkorsky joined STATS in March of 1998. He is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s sales and business development efforts in North and South America. Under his leadership, STATS has enjoyed increased revenue and profitable earnings each and every year.

Kirkorsky has successfully closed and managed long-term relationships with leading media, technology companies and consumer brands, including CBS Interactive, NBC Sports, The Sporting News, Sports Illustrated, Turner Sports, Google, Microsoft, Anheuser-Busch, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Toyota, Allstate, MetLife, New York Life and Northwestern Mutual. In addition, he has spearheaded the company’s tremendous growth in team sports, via STATS’ proprietary X-info content and more recently its player tracking technology, SportVU, and an innovative visualization and sports data analytics tool called ICE.

Kirkorsky has been in the sports industry for 18 years. Previous to STATS, he led a successful nationwide sales effort at Sports Buff, a fantasy sports gaming company marketing white labelled contests to media and newspapers. He currently sits on the Sports Advisory Board for the John Cook School of Business (St. Louis University) and is a member of the DeVos Sport Business Management Board of Advisors. Kirkorsky holds a BS in Communications, as well as a MS in Sports Management, from Illinois State University.

Bill Squadron – Executive Vice President, Pro Analytics

Bill Squadron has been an executive, government official and attorney in the telecommunications, sports and media fields for more than 25 years. Squadron now serves as Executive Vice President, Pro Analytics at STATS LLC. In August of 2014 he led the sale of Bloomberg Sports (BSports) and its sophisticated system of data analysis, predictive modelling and integrated data systems to STATS.

With the addition of BSports, STATS is the industry’s premier resource for sports analytics, offering a complete suite of sports data products and services to multi-media, team, league, gaming and technology customers.

Prior to Bloomberg Sports, Squadron headed advanced media and technology in North America for IMG, focusing on digital products and services for fashion and sports clients. From 1997 to 2003, Squadron was co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Sportvision, Inc., which remains the premier provider of technologies that enrich sports telecasts.
