SBC: Hi Svetlana, as a new industry platform provider, can you detail your SoftGamings unique services and provisions for the igaming market?

Svetlana Gasel: While SoftGamings is a new brand, the company itself has great expertise in iGaming business. Our brand eGamings is the biggest supplier of Evolution Gaming on CIS market for almost nine years. We have a huge experience in working in challenging markets and providing operators with full-service solutions, that includes licensing and even banking.

SBC: How do you see your services developing in the competitive igaming platform provisions market?

SG: We are client–oriented company that has solutions for both iGaming startups and experienced operators, and we always aim to provide solutions that cover all our customers’ needs. For example, many platforms provide licensing under their license while not all operators are willing to be a white label. This led us to open a licensing company, which is a great advantage in times of regulated markets.

SBC: What new focuses and demands are you hearing from new and perspective clients with regards to platform provisions and services?

SG: Due to the growth of mobile traffic share, mobile friendly content is a must. We have even partnered with providers that specialise on mobile–tablet slots. Along with mobile, diversified gaming content is also in high demand – our clients seek for new gaming products like Fantasy Sports, Virtual Sports and other opportunities to expand their casino offering and grow the audience.

SBC: In 2016 we have seen igaming leadership focus on building intelligence, how does your platform help achieve this important factor

SG: Our team always is on guard of platform’s security as data safety is the basis of a trustful and reliable casino. Security matters in every aspect – payments, account access, personal data – everything must be kept secure and inaccessible to third parties.

SBC: Can you detail how and why you chose your three content partners (Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming)

SG: Our portfolio has much more brands, but those three are our main products as we find them to be the best providers on the market – Evolution Gaming and NetEnt are high-quality brands that are the best tools to attract players. Evolution Gaming is a leader and premium product for live casino dealers – we know that for almost nine years 🙂 While NetEnt has put slot games on the entirely new level, making gameplay the central aspect of the game.

SBC: Looking ahead, what has Softgamings got prepared for the rest of 2016?

SG: This year we are focused on expanding our product portfolio – we had a lot of meetings at ICE in London to find out the right providers to expand our game collection. Three of them are going live on our platform shortly and three more to come by the end of the year.

One of your taglines is “Build your own casino”. How do you go about this? Can you get a brand up and launched from scratch?

SG: Exactly! As I mentioned before, we began with supplying operators with Evolution Gaming, but then we got several clients that asked if we can also help to open that casino. This was an impulse to enhance our backend so it becomes a full-service platform, where a client can get a gaming content, back office tools like loyalty and bonus systems, CRM, site design and even gaming license – everything they need to launch their own website.
