21Bet hits 15,000 customers in first month

It has been revealed that new online bookie 21Bet has signed up over 15,000 customers in its first month in business. 21BetPickPromo

The operator launched at the beginning of March and final preparations are now being made for the imminent launch of the 21Bet Casino. The casino will also be powered by FSB Technology and feature games from the likes of Microgaming.

21Bet, which is run by a team of betting industry professionals and sports fans, acquired a significant chunk of its new customers during the Cheltenham Festival, and with the Premier League run-in, Royal Ascot and Euro 2016 on the horizon it’ll be looking to build on this strong start.

Richard Hogg, 21Bet CEO said of the news: “We said when we launched that we saw a clear opportunity for a no-nonsense betting proposition in the UK and our first month figures really bear this out. Everything about the site, from the design to the bets on offer, is about simplicity and fun. We do have special offers, sports news and insight, but the core of the sight is all about good old-fashioned betting.”

One feature via which 21Bet is aiming to stand out is the inclusion of ‘Pick Your Promo’, which offers members the chance to submit their own ideas for betting offers and promotions. The idea can be a straightforward offer or something specific to a high-profile sporting event. One submission will be selected each month with the winner receiving a £25 free bet.

Hogg added: “We worked hard to create the 21Bet site and brand, based on our own experience in the industry and the feedback of our customers. It’s all about delivering a product that works for everyone from seasoned punters to curious first-timers. There’s a lot more to come, but so far we feel we’ve made a pretty good start.”
