European gambling operator Stanleybet has upgraded its digital CRM capabilities by integrating Beehive technology provisions.

Updating the market, Stanleybet will install Beehive marketing solutions across its European platforms for UK, Romania, Italy, Croatia and Denmark.

The CRM partnership aims to optimise Stanleybet’s targeting of existing and new customers through optimal message delivery, segmentation of player database, data modelling of customers and products and further behavioural attributes.

Gianluca Porzio, Head of Online at Stanleybet, said the operator was drawn to Beehive because it offered the only marketing optimization tool designed specifically for the iGaming industry.

“Working with Beehive has been a fantastic experience so far, and has proved to be an efficient way to grow our online business. We have already learned a lot from them, and look forward to gleaning even more knowledge in the coming months,”

In 2016 beehive has strengthened its position within the European gaming/gambling sector securing CRM partnerships with Ladbrokes and social casino Wizbits

Adi Dagan, founder and CEO of Beehive, said: “We are delighted to have joined forces with Stanleybet, and to grow our footprint in major European markets such as the UK and Italy as well as fast-growing markets such as Romania.”

“Online gaming is such a fiercely competitive industry, operators need to do all they can to acquire, retain, and most importantly engage their customers.

“We feel proud Stanleybet has chosen Beehive to bolster its CRM capabilities, and we look forward to working with the team more closely.”
