Unibet retains favoured position among bettingexpert.com tennis tipsters

tennisUnibet has increased its share of market as the tennis tipster’s bookmaker of choice on the second day of Wimbledon. The Swedish-owned betting brand was selected by 26.34% of tipsters on the bettingexpert.com tipping network for predictions on the second day of Wimbledon, higher than the first day’s total of 24%.

Once again bet365 and bwin made up the top 3, although they have swapped places, with 11.38% and 10.69% of tips respectively. For the second day the most popular bet type changed to the over/under bet, with 31% of all tips. On the first day, the play to win the game markets was the most popular bet type.

Highest profit tip was shared amongst 3 bettingexpert tipsters, who all had the match between Viktor Troicki vs Oleksandr Nedovyesov to end with exactly 3-1 in sets at odds 4.70 and with a stake of 6.

Gavin Moore of bettingexpert.com commented: “The bettingexpert.com network is really engaged in the Wimbledon tournament this year with well over 2,000 tips a day.”

The biggest upset on the second day were in the match between Jack Sock vs Samuel Groth. Tipsters went for over 42.5 games at around odds 1.85 – 2.20, but the game ended 3-6, 6-3, 3-6, 3-6, in total 36 games. The second biggest upset was in the match between Benoit Paire vs Mikhail Youzhny which ended with 6-4, 6-4, 6-3 – 29 games in total, but the tipsters went for over 37.5 or 38.5 games for odds ranging between 1.80 – 1.95.
