iGaming content developer Net Entertainment (NetEnt), nomination committee has announced the appointment of NASDAQ Senior Vice President Jenny Rosberg to the board of company directors
The appointment of Rosberg sees Net Entertainment expand its existing board to eight directors under the Chairmanship of Vigo Carlund. Rosberg joins Fredrik Erbing, Mikael Gottschlich, Peter Hamberg, Michael Knutsson, Maria Redin and former Betsson chief executive Pontus Lindwall on the Net Entertainment board of directors
Jenny Rosberg is currently the CEO of ROPA Management Ltd (AB). Prior to founding ROPA she held the position as Senior Vice President of NASDAQ OMX Group Inc. for almost eight years, deputy CEO of OMX Nordic Ltd and board member in the local stock exchanges NASDAQ Stockholm, NASDAQ Helsinki, NASDAQ Copenhagen and NASDAQ Iceland. As Senior Vice President she was responsible for Europe and the business area Global Corporate Client Group, Listings & Capital markets and Corporate Solutions.
