The pair have been named as Dylan Rigby and Craig ‘NephentheZ’ Douglas. Douglas, who has been involved with making Youtube videos for FutGalaxy, also has ‘inviting children to gamble’ included in his charges.

FutGalaxy is a betting site focused on FIFA and its Youtube channel has since shut down, whilst UK visitors to the site now receive a message stating ‘This page is not visible in your country’.

Douglas and Rigby are listed as directors of the Companies House listed Game Gold Tradings Limited. Douglas is noted as joining on October 1st 2015 whilst Rigby is stated as starting on July 22nd 2014. This is listed on FutGalaxy’s website as the site’s address.

The court case for the pair has been adjourned by Birmingham Magistrates Court until October 14th.
